| 摘 要： | 介绍了机器视觉技术的基本原理和组成,结合目前烟草行业常用的小包、务包包装质量检测系统介绍了机器视觉系统的软、硬件构成.提出了采用机器视觉技术进行小包、条包瑕疵剔除技术中的除对率和除全率概念.列举了机器视觉在烟草行业包装质量检测中的典型应用.指出机器视觉技术在烟草质量检测方面的发展方向.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the basic principles of machine vision technology and composition,combined with the current commonly used in the tobacco industry and small,bar bag packaging quality control system introduced machine vision system software and hardware.Proposed by using machine vision technology for small packets,as amended,removing the technical flaws in the package in addition to the rate and in addition to full-rate concept.Lists the packaging machine vision quality inspection in the tobacco industry in the typical application.That the quality of machine vision technology in the detection of tobacco in the future direction of development. |
