Abstract:As to the defects that exist in the traditional design of square flat diaphragm,such as heavy and complicated calculation,low efficiency and low accuracy and so on,ANSYS is used to establish the finite element model of square flat diaphragm and the method about its elastic characteristics analysis and optimization design is proposed.In the method,the elastic characteristics of a square flat diaphragm with clamped boundary and the distribution of stress and displacement of elastomer are simulated and analyzed by ANSYS;the rule that the structure size parameters and loads affect the elastic characteristics of elastomer is studied by the calculation of stress,strain,and static;and through the optimization design of the model,the diaphragm performance is further optimized and the design accuracy and efficiency of elastic components are improved.The method has some guidance and practical value to the parameter optimization design of elastic components used by apparatuses and instruments.
