| 摘 要： | 介绍了履带式采掘设备变频调速装置的主回路和控制回路,通过对控制系统的分析和现场试验,设置了适合采掘设备工况的变频器参数,针对变频器的矢量控制,确定了矢量控制下的电机参数,并分析了变频器运行中常见的故障,给出了故障原因和采取的策略.

| Abstract: | The main loop and control loop of the frequency conversion speeder are introduced in the paper.Through the analysis of control systems and field tests,the parameters of the inverter that is suitable for mining equipment condition are set.In view of frequency changer vector control,the vector control electrical machinery parameters are determined.The common faults in frequency converter operation are analyzed.The causes of the malfunction are provided and the strategies are adopted. |
