新型车载机械式碰撞传感器的研究与实现

摘    要:根据牛顿运动定律的惯性原理,利用国家汽车碰撞的标准试验数据,研究实现了平面内360°敏感度的车载机械式传感器.运用物理仿真实验室对传感器运动情况仿真,当汽车车速超过50km/h时传感器能精确发出碰撞信号.经过材料选择、尺寸精确计算的传感器结构均能满足当前汽车车祸碰撞及时发出报警信号的任务,在汽车车载报警系统以及车载气囊...

Abstract:According to Newton's law of inertia,and the use of national standards for automobile crash test data to achieve a plane of 360° the sensitivity of the vehicle mechanical sensors.Use of Physical Simulation Laboratory simulation of sensor movement,when the vehicle speed over 50km/h crash sensors send signals accurately.Through material selection,size,accurate calculation of the sensor structure can meet the current car crash collision alarm signal task in a timely manner.In the car alarm systems and car airbags precise practical application of pop-up that has good value in use.
