| 摘 要： | 提出了将触摸屏应用于以机械手为被控对象的PLC控制系统中,给出以GE PLC作为控制核心,以触摸屏为操作界面实现机械手控制的设计方法.该设计方法通过在触摸屏上组态机械手的画面及相应的软件编程实现PLC对机械手的控制,达到在触摸屏界面真实再现机械手的运动过程及运行结果.本实例证明,触摸屏的应用可以丰富高校PLC的实践教学...

| Abstract: | In this paper the idea of the application of touch-screen in GE PLC control system that manipulator is as controlled object and the design method how to realize are proposed.The monitoring picture about manipulator is designed with Proficy Machine Edition 6.0 configuration software Quick panel View.PLC can control manipulator in the monitoring picture through the software program edited,and the moving process and the operational results of the manipulator in the monitoring picture follow controlled requirement.This example has shown that the application of touch-screen is very practical to PLC practical teaching in colleges and universities. |
