| 摘 要： | 分析了电子报批数据的特点,以及电子报批数据向GIS数据转换过程中存在的问题,在此基础上提出了基于Autodesk Map平台的数据转换方法,保证了数据转换过程中空间信息和属性信息的完整性和正确性.该方法已应用于哈尔滨市城市规划局电子报批系统,证明了其有效性.
