Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Construction Management in Building Engineering

The quality of construction management in building engineering is not only related to the quality of construction projects, but also related to the healthy and orderly development of construction industry. After analyzing existing problems of construction management such as management confusion, ineffective system implementation, weak consciousness of safety produc- tion and insufficient capital guarantee, this paper describes key factors of construction manage- ment which includes quality management, safety management, schedule management, cost man- agement and information management. Based on that, it puts forward basic way to improve con- struction management in building engineering from key elements.
