摘    要:使用有限元软件ANSYS对某液化气体运输半挂车罐体进行应力分析,发现局部位置应力强度不能满足要求,单纯增加加强圈厚度效果不明显,原因在于加强圈的结构形式和运输中的栽荷工况不相适应.为此,提出了新的加强结构,并进行了罐体强度和稳定性分析,结果表明罐体强度和稳定性均满足要求,同时,采用新的加强结构还可以节省材料,降低设备整...

Abstract:In this paper,stress analysis and strength check for a liquefied gas road tanker were carried out using finite element method and the software of ANSYS.It has been found that strength requirements in some local places could not be satisfied and the situation is not effectively improved if merely increasing the thickness of the stiffener rings.The reason is the structure of the stiffener rings is not so suitable to resist the specified loadings in transportation.Thus,a new stiffener structure was proposed in...
