红外成像技术在电气设备故障诊断中的应用

摘    要:描述了红外成像技术在温州电网的应用情况,对温州地区4起典型的电力设备发热案例做了分析介绍,表明了通过红外测温可发现绝缘故障、套管渗漏油、损耗异常增大、末屏虚接等电气设备故障,通过跟踪分析发现缺陷,可为进一步的检修决策提供有效依据。

Abstract:The paper expounds application of infrared imaging technology in Wenzhou power grid. It analyzes and introduces four typical heat cases of electrical equipment in Wenzhou , indicating that infrared tempera-ture measurement can detect electrical equipment faults such as insulation faults , oil leakage of bushing, ab-normal increase of loss and fake connection of end shield as well as detect the defects through tracking and analysis, which can provide effective basis for further decision-making of maintenance.
