依托村级便民中心开展供电服务工作的实践

村级便民服务中心是浙江省新推出的服务三农创新平台，在全国大力推进新农村建设的大环境下，余杭区供电公司立足工作实际，依托村级便民服务中心，大力开展日常业务对接，挖掘、整合现有资源，创新服务模式，拓展服务渠道，提升服务质量，有效防范农村供电服务和行风风险，充分发挥了村级便民中心在开展供电服务工作中的平台作用，探索出了一套成功的实践方法，取得了较为显著的实践成效。

Practice of Carrying out Power Supply Service Relying on Village-level Convenience Service Center

The village-level convenience service center is an innovative platform serving agriculture , rural ar-eas and farmers launched by Zhejiang province. In the context of nationwide advancement of new countryside construction, Yuhang Power Supply Company bases itself on practical work and relies on village-level conve-nience service center to vigorously implement daily business connection , explore and integrate current re-sources, innovate service mode, extend service channel, enhance service quality, which effectively prevent risks of industrial ethos and power supply services and fully exert the role of village-level convenience service center as a platform in power supply service. A series of successful practical methods are explored and signif-icant practice effect is obtained.
