| 摘 要： | 以2,3,5,6-四氟苯甲酸为原料,经过酰氯制得酰胺后,再经霍夫曼降解制得2,3,5,6-四氟苯胺,总收率76.5%,产品含量98%,是一条有望工业化的合成路线。

| Abstract: | 2,3,5,6-Tetrafluoroaniline was prepared from 2,3,5,6-tetrafluorobenzoic acid as raw material through a series of reactions including acyl chlorination,amidation and Hofmann degradation. Yield and purity of the product was75.6% and 98%,respectively. This is a promising industrial synthetic route. |
