TMCP型超高强钢板中心开裂的分析研究

摘    要:采用工艺分析、宏观和微观检验等手段对1000 MPa级高强钢板轧后中心裂纹的成因进行了研究。结果表明:引起裂纹的原因,除了中心偏析、夹杂外,冷却速度过快造成中心马氏体带过多,马氏体体积膨胀引起钢板中心应力过大也是裂纹形成的主要原因之一。并提出了系列工艺解决措施,使得高强钢板中心裂纹率大大降低。

Abstract:This paper studies the causes of thecentre cracking on 100 kg grade high strength plate as rolled by using various methods such as process analysis,macro and micro examination.The result shows that the major causes of cracking are too many martensite layers formed in the plate centre by the very fast cooling speed,too much stress in the plate centre by the volume expansion of martensite besides center segregation and inclusions.The paper also proposes a series of countermeasures on process,enabling the significant decrease of the center cracking ratio of high strength steel plate.
