采用SIMATIC WinCC的数控成形磨齿机系统人机界面的实现

摘    要:根据数控机床人机界面设计原则和模块化设计原理,开发了数控成形磨齿机系统人机界面。选用SIMATICWinCC为开发平台,在数控系统功能分析的基础上,根据成形磨齿的工艺要求,设计机床各级模块,建立各模块的参数化人机界面;用户在人机界面界面的引导下即可完成成形磨齿加工操作、管理加工数据、查询浏览历史信息和实时监控机床运行状态。
