球面气体轴承在任意位移下的性能研究

摘    要:本文提出一种求解小孔节流闭式外压气体球轴承在任意位移下的承载能力及刚度等外特性的计算方法。由于闭式球轴承结构的复杂性,采用了有限元方法求解。本文还对气膜平均间隙等参数进行优化。最后还给出了一个计算例。

Abstract:This paper presents a numerical method to calculate the load capacity and stiffness of an externally pressurized and closed gas spherical bearing with feed orifices in a condition of discretional displacement. As the structure of the bearing is complex, the finite element emethod is used in calculation, An approach used to optimize the average film thickness and other parameters of the gas bearing is also presented. Finally, a calculating example is provided as well in this paper.
