| 摘 要： | 介绍了我国引进的国外林德公司、伍德公司、t.P公司和鲁奇公司设计的大型渣油或水煤浆制氨CO变换工艺技术。从工艺流程、物料组成、操作参数、运行特点等方面对CO变换工艺进行了对比;论述了CO变换炉的结构形式和技术特点;对耐硫变换触媒和不耐硫变换触媒的升温还原过程、催化剂活性及加热方式进行了分析和对比。

| Abstract: | CO shift process technology was introduced for large-sized unit of ammonia produced by residue oil or water coal slurry method imported by China and designed by foreign Linde company,Uhde company,t.p.company and Lurge company.Comparison was made for CO shift process from aspects of process flow,material composition,operation parameters and operating features etc.,structural type and technical characteristics of CO shifters were discussed;analysis and comparison were also made for heating/reducing process,catalyst activiation and heating type of anti-sulfur shift catalyst and non anti-sulfur shift catalyst. |
