快速馏程分析仪适用范围和准确性的探讨

介绍了快速馏程分析的原理，并做了大量试验，试验结果与GB／T6536-1997的进行对比，证明了该方法分析速度快（8～12min／次），适用测试的样品种类多，结果准确，其重复性相对偏差小于0．43％，可用于中控分析。

PROBE OF ACCURACY AND APPLICABLE SCOPE OF RAPID DISTILLATION ANALYZER

The principles of rapid distillation analyzing is introduced. A lot of analyses by rapid distillation analyzing were done, and then their results were compared with those whose analyzing were done according to GB/T 6536 - 1997. The comparison result shows that the time spent in each of the analyzing varies between 8 to 12 minutes, there are more samples which can be tested by rapid distillation analyzer, the analysis result is correct, and the relative standard deviation of repeatability is less than 0. 43%. Now it is clear that the rapid distillation analyzer is suitable for intermediate process control.
