摘    要:为实现天然气管道泄漏在线实时检测及泄漏位置的准确定位,利用光纤光栅温度传感器和分布式光纤温度传感器的温度特性, 结合天然气管道泄漏处的温度场变化规律,进行了光纤光栅准分布式检测系统和分布式光纤泄漏检测系统研究。着重分析了光纤光栅准分布式传感系统的构成及其原理,分析了基于拉曼光反射的分布式光纤温度传感器系统的构成及其原理,介绍其具有其它传感系统无法比拟的优越性及应用领域,并初步建立了光纤检测系统实施方案。采用光纤光栅和分布式光纤温度传感检测技术,分别实现了管道的关键点和沿管道全线温度的连续检测,通过检测管道周围的温度场异常变化,及时发现泄漏,并进行漏点准确定位。

Abstract:In order to carry on on-line detection of pipeline leakage and its location, sensor temperature characteristics are taken good advantage of optical fiber grating and distributed optical fiber. Combined with the changing rule of temperature field at the leakage point of the gas pipeline, it is studied on the leakage detection by the optical fiber grating system and the distributed optical fiber system. That is the way to realize on-line and real-time leakage detection along the gas pipeline. It is emphatically analyzed the sensor system constitution and its principle both of pseudo-distributed optical fiber grating the sensor system and the distributed optical based on the Laman light reflex. Meanwhile it is introduced their superiorities which other sensor systems are unable to be compared with and the application area of the sensor system, and it is set up the operation scheme on the optical fiber detect system. Temperature sensing detection technology of optical fiber grating and distributed optical fiber has been adopted to detect the key points of the line and continuous temperature detection along the whole pipeline. In this way, any leakage can be found out and pointed directly and exactly by detecting abnormal variation of the temperature field around the gas pipeline.
