摘    要:本文提出了催化—导数分光光度法的原理,并将此原理应用于锰(Ⅱ)在碱性介质(pH 值9.8)中催化过氧化氢氧化钙釭(CR)褪色的反应中,成功地测定了石蜡中的痕量锰。本文还详细地考察了苯取分离干扰离子的条件。该法的表观摩尔吸收系数为7.4×10~7Lmol·cm~(-1),最低检测限为2.5ng/2.5mL,该法的灵敏度(即工作曲线的斜率)为一般催化法对应反应体系的5.9倍。

Abstract:In this paper,the principle of the catalytic-derivate spectrophotometry is put forward and applied to the reaction that manganese(Ⅱ)can catalyze the decoloring reac- tion of oxidation of CR by hydrogen peroxide in a buffer solution of pH 9.8.As a re- sult,this method furned out a success to determine trace manganese in ozocerite.The abstracting conditions of seperation from interence ions are studied.The appearent molar absorptivity iv 7.4×10~7L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1).The detection limit is 2.5ng/25mL.The sensitivity of the catalyticderivate spectrophotometry is 5.9 times as large as that of the catalytic spectrophotometry.
