可生物降解润滑油基础油抗氧化安定性的研究

摘    要:通过分析可生物降解润滑油的生物降解性与基础油氧化安定性两方面的要求,合理选用基础油和抗氧抗腐添加剂。引入均匀设计方法,安排多因素试验分析基础油对抗氧添加剂的感受性以及抗氧添加剂的配伍性。应用计算机对实验结果进行处理,最后发现DNA、CuDDP、ZDDP及T706按一定比例复配后使植物基基础油具有良好的抗氧化性能。

Abstract:By analyzing the requires for biodegradation performance and base oil oxidation stability of biodegradable oils, some anti oxidant additives and base oils were chosen reasonably The uniform design was used for arranging multi level and multi factor experiments On the base of experiments, the sensitivity and compatibility among anti oxidant additives and base oil were studied Dealing with the data by computer, the results showed that the package of DNA, CuDDP, ZDDP and T706 had excellent anti oxidation performance on vegetable base oil
