外燃式微油点火技术在300 MW直吹式锅炉中的应用

摘    要:针对常规的大油枪点火、少油点火、微油点火及等离子点火等技术均基于提高煤粉气流的反应温度,容易导致过热器出口汽温超温等问题,在300 MW直吹式锅炉中应用了新型的外燃式微油点火技术,应用结果表明,外燃式微油点火不仅环保节油,在防止锅炉受热面超温方面也具有优势。

Abstract:As superheater outlet steam over-temperature problem may result from the conventional ignition technologies involving large oil gun,less oil and tiny oil,plasma etc.which are based on improvement of reaction temperature of pulverized coal flow,a new external combustion tiny oil ignition technology is applied in a 300 MW direct-fired boiler,and the result shows that it is not only environmentally friendly and oil saving,but also has an advantage in preventing over-temperature of boiler heating surface.
