| Abstract: | Based on the application case of plant information(PI) real-time /historical database in the retrofit of 500 kV Lanxi Zhiyan Smart Substation in Jinhua,this paper elaborates the role of the database in the retrofit and presents the cross-regional data communications method and the existing problems in detail according to the internal and external secure communication requirements. |
