应用CT研究水平井置胶成坝深部液流转向机理

摘    要:根据水平井置胶成坝深部液流转向技术思路,采用室内水驱油实验结合计算机断层扫描(CT)成像技术,研究水平井置胶成坝提高采收率机理。人工胶结非均质模型表面用环氧树脂浇铸,对模型置胶成坝前后水驱油过程进行CT动态扫描,观察胶坝分布特征,跟踪非均质模型内部油水分布、水驱流线改变、流体饱和度分布及其动态变化。结果表明:对于正韵律油层,应用水平井置胶成坝,能够有效封堵高渗透层位深部窜流通道,使注入水转向驱替,启动低渗透层位剩余油。置胶成坝后,水驱采收率提高16.7%,含水上升速度减慢。水平井置胶成坝技术突破了堵剂深部放置的技术瓶颈,实现油藏深部液流转向,有效扩大了水驱波及体积,是正韵律厚油层高含水期一项有前景的控水挖潜技术。
