洪家渡水电站大坝渗控工程监理综述

摘    要:为做好洪家渡水电站大坝渗控工程的施工质量控制,监理工程师在施工前、施工过程中对每个灌浆单元(灌区)均实行签发钻灌开工证制度、帷幕灌浆采用灌浆自动记录仪记录整个灌浆过程的灌浆参数、帷幕灌浆实行单孔验收制度、及时布设质量检查孔进行取心及压水试验等,为确保灌浆施工质量起到了有力的保障作用。通过对大坝基础灌浆成果资料、质量检查孔压水试验资料和水库蓄水1年多来监测资料的综合分析,洪家渡水电站大坝防渗体系的防渗效果显著,工程质量优良。

Abstract:In. order to insure construction quality of dam anti-seepage project, the supervision engineer need sign and issue permission before every grouting unit started construction, the grouting data were recorded by automatic graphic instruments during whole construction period, quality was examined hole by hole, as well as through taken cores and water pressure tests. Analyzed on the data of grouting, testing and observation after having impounded for more than one year, the construction quality of dam anti-seepage system is excellent.
