稀土元素对T10钢盐浴渗钒覆层结构影响机理研究

摘    要:研究了T10钢盐浴渗钒过程中,稀土元素对渗钒覆层的影响;探讨了稀土元素影响渗钒的机理。结果表明,在渗钒过程中,稀土元素参与反应,使覆层表面碳化物更加细小弥散,有明显的催渗活化作用,并且可以提高覆层显微硬度。

Abstract:The effects of RE elements on the vanadizing coating of T10 steel during salt-bath vanadizing process were investigated.And the mechanism of RE influencing vanadizing was also discussed.The results show that the presence of RE in the reaction during vanadizing process makes surface carbide of the coating finer and more dispersed,which results in obvious effect of catalytic penetration,and improves the microhardness of the coating.
