摘    要:研究了柔软棒材几何形状的测量原理,提出一种基于亚像素图像测量技术的香烟滤棒圆周长和圆度误差精密检测方法。该方法采用小波变换进行图像去噪处理,用Sobel算子提取图像边缘,用改进的随机Hough变换提取单像素圆边界,用Zernike矩进行边缘亚像素校正。最后给出了圆周长和圆度误差的评定方法与检测结果。

Abstract:The measttring principle for geometries of soft rods was investigated, and a novel precise measttring method for circle girth and roundness of cigarette filter tips based on sub - pixel image measurement was proposed. The small wave transformation was applied to remove image noise, Sobel operator was used to pick-up edge of image, an improved Hough stochastic transformation was used to pick-up the single pixel round boundary, and Zemike moment was applied for sub-pixel correction of edges. Finally, the assess method and measuring data of the circle girth and roundness were presented.
