| 摘 要： | 建国以来，我国的高等教育管理学的发展经历了三个阶段。它研究的主要课题有常规问题和热点问题。作为一门尚在成熟的学科，高等教育管理学不可避免地存在一些缺陷，但可以预见随着教育环境的改善，它将呈现许多新的特点，从而不断臻于完善。
