数控压差阀、数控平衡阀的研制

摘    要:针对目前氢冷汽轮发电机双流环式密封油系统中普遍采用的机械液压式压差阀、平衡阀存在的不足之处进行了分析,并提出了具体的解决方案。同时详细介绍了数控压差阀、数控平衡阀的工作原理、系统控制及试验结果,论证了其广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Traditional differential-pressure regulator and pressure-equalizer regulator are mechanically driven in sealing oil system of hydrogen-cooled turbine generators.The problems are analyzed and solutions are proposed.A new type of digital-control regulator possessing more advantages is introduced.The principle,system control,test results and the application prospect of the new regulators are presented.
