| Abstract: | Irrigation zone project is characterized by short construction period and long route, based on which the author pointed out that to reach the target of construction quality control, key issues of supervision shall include good preparation prior to start of construction and strengthening inspection during construction period. It is also put forward that the completed project shall be examined and accepted in time, so as to ensure the works are safely put into operation. |
