丙烯腈与丙烯酸的共聚合及表征

摘    要:以偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂 ,研究了丙烯腈与丙烯酸在二甲基亚砜中的自由基溶液共聚合反应。考察了单体浓度 ,引发剂浓度 ,反应温度和时间等对共聚反应的影响。分别用称重法和乌氏粘度计测定了反应的转化率和产物的相对分子质量。用 IR,DSC和 TG对产物的结构和性能进行了表征。研究结果表明 ,最佳的反应条件是 :总单体浓度 2 2 % ,AIBN占总单体浓度 1 % ,反应温度和时间为 6 0℃和 2 4h

Abstract:Free radical solution copolymerization of acrylic acid (AA) and acrylonitrile (AN) was carried out in DMSO at 60℃ using azodiisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator. The effects of monomer concentration, initiator, reaction temperature and time on copolymerization were studied. The polymerization rate was determined from conversion, the structure and properties of polymer were characterized by IR, DSC and TG. The ideal condition of copolymerization was concentration of AIBN、 1%, temperature 60℃ reaction time about 24 h when the concentration of monomer was 22%. In the case of P(AN-co-AA) s copolymers, cyclization started at a lower temperature and propagated at a slower rate.
