夏季混凝土施工仓面温控技术研究

摘    要:影响夏季混凝土仓面温度回升的关键因素有混凝土水化热温升、环境气温、太阳辐射热等。目前采用的温控技术主要有仓面喷雾、覆盖保温被和搭设遮阳棚等。通过对各影响因素和温控技术进行分析得到,减少仓面混凝土在空气中的暴露时间、降低预冷混凝土与外界环境温差、合理安排浇筑时段、缩短仓面坯层间覆盖时间是控制温升的有效对策,覆盖保温被和仓面喷雾是控制温升的有效措施。

Abstract:The temperature rise of concrete placement surface in summer is decided mainly by concrete hydration heat,ambient temperature and solar radiation heat.The effective countermeasures for temperature control include reducing exposure time of surface concrete to the air,reducing temperature difference between pre-cooling concrete and external environment,reasonable pouring time and shorten the surface covering time between layers.Covering thermal insulation material and spray is also two effective measures for ...
