摘    要:本文通过实例完成某车型的尾门内板修冲模设计,翔实的介绍了工艺信息的识别、镶块设计要点、压料芯的设计因素、模具结构部分的设计思想。介绍了基于UG6.0版本的三维参数化设计方法,通过运用具有JAC特色的汽车模具标准件,摸索出一套针对汽车开闭件的模具设计方法。满足现代化汽车企业的迅速发展对汽车开闭件模具设计的要求。

Abstract:Illustrated by examples, this paper presents a mold design of an auto rear door interior trim panel, including the identification of process information, the key points of insert design, the factors of pad design and the design ideas of mold structure. The Three-Dimensional Parametric Design Method based on the UG 6.0 is introduced. By using standard auto parts with JAC characteristics, a mold design method of opening and closing parts for automotive is worked out, which satisfies the needs of the rapid development of modern automotive companies.
