摘    要:根据合成异辛醇、三羟甲基丙烷的原理,探讨了导致影响三羟甲基丙烷产品质量的因素,由此得到产品质量影响因素是不稳定的烯醛类物质。提出在异辛醇萃取单元加入0.1~0.5%的次磷酸可以除掉不稳定的烯醛,同时也讨论了加入次磷酸后对环保和生产系统的影响。

Abstract:According to the trimethylolpropane and isooctanol synthesis mechanism, the factor of influ encing the trimethylolpropane product quality was studied. It was concluded that the factor was the unsteady olefinic aldehydes. The author proposed that 0. 0.1- 0.5% of hypophosphorous acid was added to the isooctanol extraction unit to remove the unsteady olefinic aldehydes in this paper. In addition, the impact of hypophosphorous acid on the environmental protection and production system was stud ied.
