内燃机车柴油机高压油泵螺栓断裂原因分析

摘    要:综合采用宏观形貌分析、金相检验、硬度测试、断口扫描分析和能谱分析等方法,对某台内燃机车柴油机高压油泵的一组四根连接螺栓的断裂现象进行了断裂原因分析。分析结果表明:导致螺栓断裂的主要原因是内侧两根螺栓安装时预紧扭矩不足,造成工作时螺栓与其连接部件有相对滑动,发生磨损腐蚀,导致该两根螺栓产生疲劳裂纹直至断裂,进而引起其他两根螺栓也萌生疲劳裂纹,并扩展至断裂。

Abstract:Using a combination of macro-morphology analysis, metallographic examination, hardness testing, fracture scanning analysis and spectrum analysis method, a station locomotive diesel engine high pressure fuel pump of a group of four connecting bolts breakage Fracture Analysis.The results show that: the main reason for the bolt fracture inside two bolt mounting lack of pretension, resulting in work the bolt connected components relative sliding, wear corrosion, resulting in the two bolts fatigue cracks until it breaks, thereby causingthe other two bolts fatigue crack initiation and extension to break.
