| 摘 要： | 首先以带宽一米的带式输送机为实例介绍带式输送机的设计参数,以及传动部的结构。其次,对传动部的承受载荷的大小进行了计算。最后,通过有限元分析软件对传动部进行了受力分析,从理论上对带式输送机传动部各部件强度进行校核验证,为以后的生产制造提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | First broadband meter belt conveyor, for instance describes the design parameters of the belt conveyor, and the spread portion of the structure. Secondly, the size of the load on the drive the bear were calculated. Finally, the Ministry of transmission through finite element analysis software force analysis of each component strength of the belt conveyor drive unit for check verification theory, provide a reference for future manufacturing. |
