摘    要:介绍了Y5132型插齿机的爬行故障,讨论了液压系统中混有空气、液压泵连续进气、吸油过滤器阻塞、导轨润滑条件不良、机械憋劲和液压缸内漏等各种因素的影响,对可能存在的故障进行了详细阐述。在正确分析的基础上,最大限度地缩小了检查范围。

Abstract:The paper will briefly introduce the crawling failure of Y5132 gear shaping machine and try to learn about the possible cause of failure by analyzing on the following factors, such as mixed air of Hydraulic system, continuous intake air of hydraulic pump, oil filter jam, bad lubrication condition of guide way, machine stuck and hydraulic cylinder inner leakage. On the basis of correct analysis, understanding the machine structure and hydraulic drawing, this paper will help the reader minimized narrow the scope of inspection
