机械零件表面质量的完整性概念浅谈

摘    要:我国机械制造业的关键基础零部件与工业先进国家相比尚有较大差距,为数不少的国产零件,单从外观看就像是未加工完的半成品;而在可靠性与使用寿命方面的差距更明显,这种差距从技术层面来说,有原材料、热处理、加工设备、加工工艺等诸多原因。以零件精加工工艺"微观表面质量"方面做些分析探讨,介绍机械零件"表面完整性"的新概念和旨在实现"表面完整性"的新工艺:自由磨具光整加工技术。这种新工艺方法,不分工序、一次性、多方位完成超精加工和超净加工,可使零件表面获得微观质量的提高,以求高精度寿命。

Abstract:Key infrastructure components of China's machinery manufacturing industry still lags far behind the advanced industrial countries, a large number of domestic parts, one from the outside like a raw semi-finished products. The reliability and service life of the gap is more obvious, this gap From a technical perspective, raw materials, heat treatment, processing equipment, processing, and many other reasons. Part finishing process "microscopic surface quality" do some analysis to explore to introduce mechanical parts "surface integrity" of new concepts and new technology aimed at achieving the "surface integrity": Free abrasive finishing technology. This new process, regardless of process, one-time, multi-faceted super finishing and clean processing, the surface of the part can get the crowd to improve the quality, in order to high-precision life.
