盖板玻璃研磨设备预防性维护周期决策方法研究

摘    要:基于传统的固定时间周期的盖板玻璃研磨设备预防性维护方法难以实现盖板玻璃生产线的高效运行。提出了一种基于模糊神经网络模型的盖板玻璃研磨设备预防性维护周期动态决策方法。通过企业运行数据验证表明,该方法对盖板玻璃研磨设备的预防性维护周期进行动态决策是可行的,对提高盖板玻璃研磨设备的利用率等具有重要意义。

Abstract:The equal interval Preventive Maintenance (PM) strategy of cover-plate glass grinding tools has difficulty in optimizing the utiliza tion of cover-plate glass production line. This study proposed a fuzzy neural network based dynamic decision-making methodology of interval PM for cover-plate glass grinding tools. With factory production data, the effective and feasible of the proposed approach is evaluated. The result shows that the proposed decision-making methodology can improve the utilization of the cover-plate glass grinding tools.
