牙轮钻头牙轮动力学特性的计算机仿真

摘    要:分析了牙轮及牙齿的运动和受力情况,在一定假设的基础上建立了牙齿运动和受力、牙轮扭矩、角速度和角加速度的仿真模型。根据牙轮运动和受力互为因果关系这一事实,提出了牙轮动力学特性的计算机仿真实验方法,并对多种牙轮钻头和岩石进行了仿真实验。计算机仿真实验结果与台架实验结果吻合良好。由于不需要假设牙轮的具体运动,也不需要根据上一仿真步骤中钻头与岩石的互作用力来考虑下一仿真步骤中钻头牙轮的运动,该方法可使牙轮钻头工作行为的仿真更加符合实际情况。

Abstract:This article discusses the details of the teeth motion and the forces acting on the cone of a tricone bit. Based on some simplifying assumptions, the detailed mathematical models representing the motion and forces of the teeth, the torque of a cone, the angular speed and angular acceleration have been established. According to the fact that the cone rotation and forces acting on the teeth of the cone effect each other, the article presents a simulation method for the working behavior of a cone carried on a tricone bit. The method yields the prediction of the instantaneous cone rotation rate and the cone torque. The results of simulation are substantiated by a number of full scale drilling experiments in which a variety of rocks were drilled using 81/2 insert tooth bits. Because it is not necessary to assume a particular cone motion, the simulating method improves the simulation of the working behavior of a tricone bit.
