摘    要:根据对FMS集成化监测系统的功能分析,结合FMS的结构特点,将FMS集成化监测的硬件采用分层次、模块化和递阶控制的结构形式。针对柔性制造系统技术国家重点实验室的主实验系统(CH-85FMS)的运行故障数据,对其主要系统单元进行了故障分析,确定了CH-85FMs薄弱环节及主要故障模式,设计了监测系统的系统功能图,并开发了基于虚拟仪器的CH-85FMS集成化监测系统。

Abstract:In the term of functional analysis with FMS integrated monitoring system, combined to FMS structural feature, the hardware of the system was set up with layering, modularity and hierarchical control. According to running fault data of the main system of state-level key laboratory system about FMS technology(CH-85 FMS), the fault analysis to cells of the main system cell was made,weak link and fault mode of CH-85 FMS was ascertained, functional diagram of monitoring system was designed,and integrated monitoring system of CH-85 FMS on the basis of virtual instruments was exploited.
