| 摘 要： | 通过对换档拨叉现行的弯曲、校正等成形工艺进行分析,提出了该零件采用一副模具直接弯曲成形的冲压方案。介绍了该弯曲模的结构,实现了负角度＂U＂形压弯成形一副弯曲模完成的功能。该模具设计新颖,产品质量可靠。提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the bending and correction processes of the shift fork,a new punching solution is put forward.The structure of the bending die is introduced,which realized negative angle U-shape bending forming with a set of bending dies.This new structure is innovative and reliable.By utilizing the new structure,the production efficiency is improved and the manufacturing cycle is shortened. |
