电网营销实时信息系统建设的实践与思考

摘    要:在概述我国相关电力信息系统建设情况及现有营销系统建设不足的基础上,根据电网公司推进营销现代化的建设思路,提出了新型电力营销实时信息系统建设方案。新型电力营销实时信息系统应依靠数据规范和标准的建立,充分利用现有实时数据采集系统的基础资源,在企业信息集成平台和数据中心的基础上最大限度地交换共享信息,以利于增强公司整体营销能力、考核各级电网公司营销业绩和加强市场决策分析能力。文中还给出了一个新型电力营销实时信息系统的建设实例。

Abstract:On the basis of briefly describing the construction of associated power information systems in China and the defects in the building of existing power marketing systems, according to the thinking of carrying the marketing modernization forward, the author proposes a development scheme for a new type of power marketing real-time information system. The building of this real-time information system should rely on the data criterion and standards, in which the basic resources of existing real-time data acquisition systems should be fully used and on the basis of enterprise information integration platform and enterprise data center the shared information should be maximally exchanged to strengthen the whole marketing ability of the corporation, to carry out the marketing performance appraisal of power network companies in all levels, and to enhance the ability of decision-making and analysis of market. A living construction example of a new type of power marketing real-time information system is given.
