液力反馈型空心杆抽油泵的设计

摘    要:设计的液力反馈型空心杆抽油泵主要由反馈长柱塞、反馈泵筒、出油阀、接箍、旋转装置、工作泵筒、工作柱塞、进油阀等组成。悬点载荷分析表明,这种泵在下行程时,与常规泵相比,增加了杆柱的下行动力而减少了下行阻力,有效地解决了常规泵空心抽油杆采油工艺中空心抽油杆柱下行困难的问题,并可提高抽油泵的泵效,延长空心抽油杆的使用寿命。液力反馈型空心杆抽油泵的应用,可改进空心抽油杆采油工艺,提高采油的整体效率,将对空心抽油杆采油工艺的推广应用起积极作用。

Abstract:The designed hydraulic feedback hollow sucker rod pump is composed of feedback long plunger, feedback pump barrel, traveling valve, coupling, rotating device, working pump barrel, working plunger, and standing valve, etc. Analysis of the polished rod load shows that, during the downstroke, running force of the rod string is increased and drag force is decreased. This solves effectively the problem of downward movement of the hollow rod, improves the efficiency and prolongs the life of the pump.
