摘    要:众所周知PCB的生产工艺流程复杂,对于以多品种,小批量为特点的PCB工厂,在计划与生产管理上更是难上加难。为解决生产问题,提高生产效率,通常的做法是,将每个制程工序都进行改善,使整体效率发挥最大化,预达到良好的效益。但其结果却是事倍功半。本文旨主要阐述,天津普林引用制约法的管理理念,对计划和生产进行管理提升。即将所有制程工序视为是一个系统,准确掌握系统中各个制程工序之间的依存关系,从而找到影响到整个系统最薄弱的制程工序,再将有效的资源投入到系统中最薄弱的制程工序,使整个系统得到提升改善,以达到最大的效益。

Abstract:Plan and manufacturing management is very hard to PCB company because of the PCB complex manufacturing flow especially in the factory of multi kinds and small batch.In order to solve the manufacturing problem and enhance the efficiency,the ordinary method is to improve each working procedure to maximize the whole efficiency,but the result is always not good.This paper is mainly about that Tianjin Printronics Circuit Corporation enhance the management in plan and manufacturing with the management concept of Theory of Constraints(TOC).This concept,viewing all the working procedures as a system and understanding the relationship of the working procedures,is to find out the weakest working procedure to improve with the effective resources in order to enhance the whole system and maximize the benefit.
