摘    要:利用环境生物技术,开发出高温优势菌生物膜法处理采油废水使其达标排放的处理技术。该技术具有工程投资低、处理效率高、运行管理简单等特点。利用该技术建设的河南油田双河联合站采油废水处理示范工程,生产运行稳定,外排水质达到国家排放一级标准,在国内石油系统具有较好的推广应用价值。

Abstract:Using the technology of environmental biology, the biological film process of high-temperature microorganism is developed to treat waste water from petroleum production to make it eligible to be discharged. In this way, the investment of the project can be reduced; the treating efficiency can be improved; and the operation management can be simplified. This technology is applied to the demonstration project of treatment of waste water from petroleum production by Shuanghe United Station of Henan Oil Field, which runs stably proved by the relevant investigation of application and adjustment of operation. The inspection and acceptance result show that the quality of the discharged water reaches the first level of national standard. Therefore, this technology is of great generalization and application value.
