摘    要:运用有限元软件分析了高速线材减定径连轧过程,探讨了张力对轧件变形及宽展的影响,尤其是对轧件头、尾尺寸的影响,得到了轧件宽展和张力之间的定量关系,指出轧件尾部更易于产生过充满而形成耳子,为减定径连轧张力的正确设定提供了依据.

Abstract:The reducing and sizing process of high-speed wire is analyzed by means of finite-element method in the paper. The effects of interstand tension on workpiece spread and deformation, especially on the size of the head and end of the workpiece are discussed. The research has obtained the quantitative relation between spread and interstand tension. The results show that the flap defect is apt to develop on the end of the rolled rod during wire rolling,which provides a basis for setting continuous rolling tension properly.
