摘    要:应用X射线荧光光谱法测定高碳铬铁中的Cr、Si、P等元素的含量.通过选择合适的制样条件,确定仪器最佳参数,建立工作曲线,对高碳铬铁合金进行测定.结果证明,本法快速、准确、灵敏度高,能满足生产需要.

Abstract:The X-ray speetrofluorimetry is adopted in determining chrome, silicon and phosphorus of high-carbon chrome alloy. By choosing suitable specimen preparation condition, confirming best parameters of instruments and establishing working curve, high-carbon chrome alloy is determined. The result shows that the method is rapid, correct and has high sensitivity, and can meet the need of production.
