谐振腔声气体传感器的电路模型与计算机仿真

摘    要:提出了一种谐振腔声气体传感器的等效电路修正模型。该模型将FMYB和Babak模型相结合,运用谐振腔与传输线的相似性、Babak模型利用LC回路等效声谐振腔的谐振频率,电阻变化模拟气体粘滞性和反射界面损失的基础上,提出将谐振腔气流损失等效为一定大小的负载电阻,使得新模型能够精确模拟不同气体浓度的声阻抗和谐振频率变化。实验表明:新模型在38.5~41.0KHz频率范围内不仅能模拟声气体传感器的阻抗变化趋势,而且能精确地计算声气体传感器的阻抗值,从而得出相应的气体浓度变化。

Abstract:A modified equivalent circuit model of an acoustic gas sensor with resonator is introduced in this paper.Based on FMYB and Babak models,our modified RCL-link model simulates the impedance curve in terms of amplitude and resonant frequency well.In the new model resonator is equivalent to RCL-link and the characteristics of acoustic radiation is also included.It not only tells the trend of an impedance curve,but also gives the value exactly incertain frequency range from 38.5~41.5KHz.This modeling would be a ...
