| Abstract: | This paper describes the advantage and short-coming of five kinds of exciting system which are applied toturbogenerators, and reviews the development history of tur-bogenerator excitation system in China. The author points outthat it will be the trend to apply bus fed static excitation systems to large capacity turbogenerators. |
