石油和天然气剩余经济可采储量评估方法简介

石油和天然气剩余经济可采储量是指在目前经济技术条件下能够经济地采出的石油和天然气量。国际上现行的石油和天然气剩余经济可采储量评估内容包括两方面:一是剩余经济可采储量评估;另一是经济可采储量价值评估。常用的评估方法为净现值法和经济极限值法,主要参数为原油价格、可变成本投资及相关税率等;同时还应充分考虑操作成本和折现率等评估参数。

THE BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF METHOD OF RESERVES EVALUATION OF REMAINING ECONOMIC RECOVERABLE OIL AND GAS

This paper have discussed the concept of remaining recoverable reserves of Oil and Gas, the nature, the common methods to evaluate and the parameters applied,and explained the relationship among reserves and the relationship between reserves and it's economic value. In order to get integrated into the world, it may be imperative to list the economic recoverable reserves in reserves report. Except applying the decline method to production prediction during evaluating the economic recoverable reserves, we should also consider the effect of following evaluating parameters,such as operational cost and expenditure, tax related to production, developing expenditure, petroleum product prices, discount rate, and etc.
