乌鲁木齐二道桥历史街区保护与更新研究

随着经济全球化的发展,城市面临着个性趋同的危机。历史街区承载着厚重的城市记忆,蕴含着独特的城市文化,成为发展城市个性的重要方面。然而,在街区开发中,城市特色与传统文化消失的现象普遍存在,街区逐渐走向"千街一面",历史街区的保护与更新成为亟需解决的难题。该文以乌鲁木齐二道桥历史街区为研究对象,在理清其发展脉络后,对现状进行调查研究,从历史价值和人文价值入手,分析街区建筑、街巷和文化等特征,探讨当前所面临的问题,阐述保护与更新的主要思路及策略,力求保护与恢复街区的功能与风貌,探索适合历史街区的可持续发展之路。

Protection and Regeneration of Erdaoqiao Historic District in Urumqi

With the development of economic globalization, city is facing the crisis of convergent personality. The memories and cultures which the city has carried are the important aspects to develop the city＇s individuality. Whereas, characteristics and traditional culture of the city is dying out during the development of streets. And streets are coming to be alike. So the protection and regeneration of historic district is clearly something which needs to be fixed. This paper takes Erdaoqiao historic district in Urumqi as the research object. Based on clarifying the context of its development and conducting research on the status quo, starting with the analysis of historical value and cultural value, after analyzing characteristics of history architectures, streets, and culture, it explores the current problems faced by and the main strategies of protection and regeneration. It aims to protect and recover the function and features of blocks, and to explore the road of sustainable development of the historic.
